1. Offer Overview

The aiFuzzBot Beta Offer allows eligible users to subscribe to the Service for a discounted rate of $5.99 USD per month (normally $29.99 USD), billed monthly for a period of one (1) year. or subscribe for a full year @ $65.99 USD (normally $299.99 USD). This offer is exclusively available to verified TwitchCon attendees.

2. Eligibility

This Offer is available only to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older,
• Attended TwitchCon in person during the event year this offer was announced, and
• Received an authorized aiFuzzBot Beta promotional code or link directly from aiFuzzBot representatives.

We reserve the right to request verification of eligibility (e.g., event registration proof).

3. Beta Product Notice

The Service provided under this Offer is a beta version. As such, it may contain errors, incomplete features, or other performance issues. By participating, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The Service may be modified, improved, or discontinued at any time without notice.
• Features may change or reset during the beta phase.
• Your usage data may be used to improve aiFuzzBot’s functionality and reliability, but will not be sold to 3rd parties

4. Subscription and Billing

By activating the Offer, you authorize Stripe, Inc. to process monthly payments of $5.99 USD using the payment method you provide. Billing occurs monthly for twelve (12) consecutive months from your activation date.

After the one-year term, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current standard monthly rate unless canceled before renewal. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your aiFuzzBot account dashboard or by contacting support@aifuzzbot.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

Once canceled you will no longer be eligible for the discounted price and will be charged at $29.99 USD up on re-subscription.

6. Non-Transferability

This Offer is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be sold, shared, exchanged, or combined with other promotions or discounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FOYSAL MIAH (FuzzyFoyz) AND AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOYSAL MIAH (FuzzyFoyz) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER.

8. Modifications and Termination

aiFuzzBot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer, or adjust pricing, at any time with or without notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
