A little clarity.
Before you go live.
Getting started, choosing a package, or getting to know the bot — find your next step here.
01Where should I start?
Try Ignitor for free to explore the essentials and limited AI interactions. Choose Pro when you want more customization and richer AI conversations.
02How do I sign in?
Use the Twitch account associated with your channel. The dashboard login has a separate option for authorised aiFuzzBot administrators.
03What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Pro Monthly includes enhanced AI interactions, advanced customization, and priority support. Pro Annual includes all Pro features, unlimited AI interactions, exclusive beta access, and dedicated support.
04Can I change the way my bot talks?
The personality settings offer presets and custom tones. Availability depends on your package and enabled features.
05How is my community data protected?
Streamspaces use authenticated access and team permissions. You can control AI memory, and Stripe handles payment details. Read the security and privacy section on the feature page and the Privacy Policy for data handling details.
06Are all features ready to use?
The feature guide describes implemented tools. Availability depends on your package, permissions and connected services. Polls, clip management and cross-platform multistream chat remain roadmap ideas.
07How much stream history can I see?
Chat replay uses the recorded sessions available for your channel. AI memory has separate retention and clearing controls; these do not delete chat logs. See the Privacy Policy for details.
08Where do I enter my payment details?
After choosing a package and confirming your channel, continue to Stripe. The secure checkout confirms the final price, currency, and billing terms before payment.
09I already have a subscription. Where do I go?
Sign in to your dashboard with Twitch to manage your existing account, rather than starting another subscription.
10Can I buy the physical desktop bot?
The physical bot is a development project. The hardware photos show prototypes, not a final retail product. You can share your interest and ideas through the desktop feedback form.
11Where can I meet the community?
Join the linked Discord community, or visit FuzzyFoyz on Twitch to talk to aiFuzzBot. You need a Twitch account to join Twitch chat.
12What about the TwitchCon beta offer?
The beta offer has separate eligibility, pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms. Read those terms if you received an authorised offer link or code.
